Really enjoyed the handover and the way in which the car was presented. Nice that it was covered over then revealed. Also appreciated being picked up from the station, the flowers and meal offer was a nice touch making the experience more personal.

A bit confusing over which day for the service was actually booked (and it was NOT the day that both the email and SMS reminders said it was), the servicing supervisor was able to fit me in for the service when I turned up on the wrong day.

For the recall and the service I was please that a discount had been given and the work linked to a recall. BUT, £336 to change a battery for the SOS is simply scandalous. I have to prepare for this again in 3/4 years time. Why designed this way!

I had taken my car in due to condensation in the headlamp on a Friday and was advised that it needed replacing. I was given a courtesy car in the meantime. To my surprise the replacement was done very promptly as my car was ready by Tuesday.

While new parts were fitted in my car, i have no video or pictorial evidence of any new parts being put in, or old parts being removed. You can consider a video showcase of work done for client. Stuff unavailable to help me locate car on collection.

The service was completed as agreed. However, I'd had to complain in order to get a loan car and I mentioned that there was a key fob problem and rather than being addressed I was instead 'alerted' to the issue I'd raised myself in the first place!

Visit took 2x as long as it should have. Nobody noticed the replacement pads had not been fitted. Keys handed back to me before works I had paid for had been carried out.

My car (M135i) is one of the early ones that does not get remote software updates and needs a patch from the dealer to allow updates to come through. I asked for this to be fixed but it wasn't, so I'm still running really old software

The work was carried out as per my instruction . new allow wheel fitted and MOT carried out. My only small moan is there was dirty foot prints on the light carpet in the drives side. Floor mats should be used in customers cars

Well the car was there for an EGR cooler recall replacement so a freebie! Car was valeted well and I had the chance to have a good chat with the very helpful service advisor Elliot so all good. Difficulty parking is the only gripe at the site.

I had this issue and need to have the car rechecked, I have to wait for almost 2 weeks, and was told that I might need to pay if the dealer don't think the problem is caused by the service. I don't know if I could trust their judgement.

everything was excellent apart from the wait time to book in, I called one month before my service was due and I had to wait TWO MONTHS before my car could go in and because of this it is marked in my digital service as late which isn't fair.

I'd booked an early 9.30am slot to ensure that it would br completed soon after 1.00pm. On returning from Cambridge at about 2-2.30pm 8 discovered that the work had'nt started. 1hr later I was given an update and eventually left about 4pm. Not good.

You would not look at the issue I wanted fixed. My car was kept for 3 days for a recall. I was not called back after calling several times to find out if the car was ready.

The engineer noticed that the wipers were hitting the A-pillar, but didn't adjust them as a matter of course which means I now have to book in again to repair.

Satisfied with the service but as for the complimentary wash that was a waste of time, the guys doing this are not employed by Group 1 so they dont give a toss what it looks like, dirt still on car not clean at all.

The centre answered all my questions and made the purchase experience effortless. They were also honest and not the usual pushy sales. The collection of my new car was also effortless and nothing was too much trouble.
